today i'm succeeding. i'm going with it. let's start by moving backwards..
dropped a mug full of tea and it didn't break. not one piece.
wrote my very first recipe***. not one hesitation. and then i ate it and it tasted good on some quinoa that i cooked this morning.
did something i should have done weeks ago. no matter. it's nearly done now.
last yoga class this morning. felt sluggish, but got through it.
breakfast of handful of blueberries and the quinoa from the second success.

spinach and rosemary pesto
1 cup frozen spinach, cooked
1/2 tb chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tb olive oil, or more to consistency preference
couple dashes of salt
couple dashes of pepper
combine spinach, rosemary, walnuts, garlic and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in food processor and pulse. add the rest of olive oil and pulse until you have reached the consistency you are looking for. add salt and pepper to taste.
